Jordan Rice is the Vice President of J.D.A. Custom Homes, a local, family owned custom home builder. She is a graduate of the University of Richmond holding a degree in Finance and Spanish. Jordan started her career at J.P. Morgan in New York City but ultimately decided to return to her hometown of Vienna, VA and join the family business - she is the "J" in J.D.A.

Jordan is an active member of the local community and is passionate about giving back to others. She joined the Great American Community Kitchen as a Board Member in 2024 and serves as the Gala Chair for their annual Truckin' to Fight Hunger Gala and is also the Co-Chair of Women in the Building Industry's Education & Events Committee. Jordan loves all things related to interior design, travels the world at any chance she gets, is a serious foodie and a devoted dog mom to her two fur babies.
